Tóc Tiên- The 4th fourth studio album CONG

The theme of women and female imagery is not new in V-pop 2022. However, Toc Tien asserts that this album is not a grandiose declaration of feminism. Instead, CONG takes a rather direct, straightforward approach with a touch of satire. The album explores bolder, stronger, and more “instinctive” aspects of women through the perspective of a female artist.

Musically, CONG was created by a renowned music production team including Mew Amazing, Touliver, Hua Kim Tuyen, and Tin Le. It also features the participation of a Gen Z artist, CHARLES, whose songs are popular with young people and indie fans.

Returning to its strength in dance/electronic music, CONG’s songs incorporate diverse elements. They completely break away from the vibrant, explosive style of songs like “Ngay Mai” or “Big Girl Don’t Cry.”
